When considering a location for the tent, please remember:
The tent needs to be at least 10 feet away from any structures, fences, trees, etc.
Is the ground level where the tent will be set up? Can we use stakes to secure the tent in the ground, or do we need to use water barrels to secure the tent above ground?
What will be under the tent? Tables, chairs, dance floor, DJ, etc.
A site visit done by one of our team members may be requested to evaluate the space where the tent will be placed.
